These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of valinoractive.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Valinor Active, Inc., a Florida C-corporation ("Valinor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are as accurate as possible but are not guaranteed to be error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or duties, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center via partnered carriers. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Qualifying orders may be eligible for free standard shipping. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to you. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

6. Referral Program
Valinor may offer a referral program from time to time. Referral credits and offers are subject to their own terms, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals or fraudulent activity, may result in forfeiture of credits and account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software, is the property of Valinor Active, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
The Valinor name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Valinor Active, Inc.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.
9. Product Reviews
By submitting a product review, you grant Valinor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your review in connection with our business, including on the Site, in emails, and on social media. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain inappropriate content, personal information, or unrelated material.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, individual results may vary. Product descriptions, including fabric properties and performance characteristics, are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valinor Active, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valinor Active, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
